Nikki Pernia also known as DJ Nix P started exploring music during his early years in college where he became passionate with mixing dance and house music. Mixing became his hobby. He then started to get invited to play at gigs and house parties. With the influence of his other DJ friends, Mr. Dangerous himself was able to determine his real passion through time. Together with his partner dj jp sac in the legendary group called the Tranceformers, they tied up and started tranceforming tracks such as

By gaining months of experience with his residency at Azzurro Bar, Linden Suites (together with the Cura Brothers), and other hot local clubs in the metro, he was able to learn the unique techniques that could define a DJ. (Club Manhattan) ( 1st Manila Reggae Summit) Then eventually, after 3 years of gigs, clubs and parties, his style has evolved and changed from house music to hip-hop and rnb. Year 2007, he left for the states so he was isolated from his known crowd and group of people. He experimented, studied and learned hip-hop and rnb just to go back to his roots. Everything else followed through for Nix.
